Everything you need to know about the plans
| What happens if I run out of credits? | Buy more. Credits are what meter your usage — 1 per standard photo, 10 per AI photo — and events are not capped separately. Nothing stops mid-event without you being told. |

| Can I change plans? | Yes. Cancel or pause a monthly subscription and start the plan you want, or simply buy the new plan — credits you have already paid for stay until their term ends. There is no proration: you are buying a new block of credits, not swapping a partly-used one. |
| Do plans renew automatically? | Monthly plans can. You choose: subscribe and we set up an auto-debit mandate you can pause or cancel at any time from your billing page, or buy a single month that does not renew. Yearly is always a one-time purchase — Indian e-mandate rules would make you re-authenticate every annual debit, so we do not pretend it is automatic. |
| Can I top up mid-term? | Yes, if you are on an active plan. Top-ups come in three sizes — 20%, 40% and 70% of your current term — priced at the same rate per credit as the plan itself. They are added to your balance and expire with your current term rather than extending it, so we stop offering them in the last week of a term and point you at renewal instead. |
| What payment methods do you accept? | Payments run through Razorpay, in rupees, using whichever methods Razorpay supports for your account. We do not take PayPal, Stripe or any other provider. |
| Is there a contract or commitment? | No lock-in and no minimum term. A monthly subscription can be paused or cancelled from your billing page whenever you like, and cancelling never takes away credits you have already paid for — they stay until their term ends. Buying a single month or a year commits you to nothing beyond that purchase. |
| Do you offer refunds? | Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, apply to first-time purchases only, and are not available if you moved to a paid plan from a free trial. When a refund is approved the credits it paid for are removed from your balance; credits you have already spent on delivered photos cannot be returned. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method. The refund policy is the operative version of this answer. |
